We need your help! At this point, we are not able to verify your membership without having you provide us a screenshot of your confirmation and QR code. You will not be able to play if your membership has not been verified.
Please follow these steps:
1. Register for your MSVBA membership ASAP.
- Here is the link with detailed instructions: 2022-2023 Membership Registration – MSVBA
2. Once you have registered:
- Follow the final step and download/screenshot your membership card which includes your QR code. It should look like this.
3. MSVBA needs a copy of your membership card on file so we can verify current membership and eligibility.
- In order to do this, please complete this Proof of Membership google form so we can update your contact information AND put your unique membership code on file.

The goal is to eliminate day-of registration verification by having all steps completed prior to the tournament.
