Learn the Work Team Responsibilities and Increase Your Volleyball Acumen

Can you confidently complete all the work team duties if you are asked?  Do you avoid captaining a team because you don’t want to get stuck being the Up Ref or have to put together your team’s line-up.  Do you sit down at the scorer’s table to flip the score or run to the lines to line judge, so you don’t have to keep the book?  Let us tell you that this is common and not just for the new players but for many players that have been playing for years!

We want to provide you with the opportunity to learn these roles as the training is already at your fingertips for free.  With your membership, you can access a ton of training information including “The Officials Academy.”  We are going to show you how to login and how to access the most relevant training to help you with friendship tournament work team responsibilities.  We will start by showing you where to access the technical training but will also provide some round tables with different captains and players providing their practical applications and insights.  Stay tuned for some additional training.

Step 1: Make sure you have signed up for your 2024-2025 Membership.  Enter your username and password. SportsEngine | Dashboard

Step 2: Once you are logged into SportsEngine, launch the USA Volleyball Academy.

Step 3: Confirm your profile and click launch:

Step 4: You will reach the SportsEngine home page.  You can search for classes or proceed to Step 5 for recommended classes.

Step 5: Once you reach the home page, you can return to this page and click the links below to access the trainings.
