As the indoor season comes to a close and beach play is right around the corner, it would seem like a celebration is in order. This years season ending bash will be at Thatcher's Restaurant in South Portland following the last indoor tournament on May 11th, 2013. The celebration is open to all MSVBA members. MSVBA will be providing platters of appetizer type foods that will come out in two waves, 6:00 and 8:00. If you wish to order off the menu you are more than welcome but you will be responsible for those charges as well as any beverages. The MSVBA Board will be holding its Annual Membership Meeting on April 12th, 2013 at 7:00pm at DaVinci's Italian Eatery in Lewiston. For directions click here. The Annual Membership meeting is open to all MSVBA membership. If you have any thoughts or opinions on past or future happenings of MSVBA please attend this meeting. If you are unable to attend but would still like your voice heard please email your topic with a brief description to ccloutier@msvba.org and it will be discussed. The MSVBA Board will be holding a meeting on Friday September 14th, 2012 at Marco's Italian Restaurant located at 12 Mollison Way, Lewiston Maine. The meeting is open to all MSVBA members that would like to attend. The meeting will begin at 7:00pm. There will be an optional dinner to catch up and have casual conversation at 5:30. Topics to be discussed include the upcoming tournament schedule, new registration procedures, referee training, player atings, and more. Please come and give your input, all are welcome. |
